The Technical Department of Torsby Municipality is responsible for, among other things, the municipality's properties, buildings, contracts, energy issues, forest management, water and sewage works, streets/roads, pipelines, waste management, and parks.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you want to work in a service role that is important for society? We are now looking for an administrator for customer service within water and waste management. In this role, you will be an important contact point for our customers and contribute to ensuring that questions about water, sewage, and waste management are handled in a professional and service-oriented manner.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Register and manage cases in the operational system.
- Provide information about subscriptions, invoices, collection schedules, and other services.
- Administer orders, changes, and follow-up of customer cases.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties.
- Handle documentation and other administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant education in administrative work.
- Experience in customer service.
- Good computer skills and experience working with various systems.
- Strong ability to express yourself clearly in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- A valid driver's license (minimum class B) is required.
It is an advantage if you have experience working with EDP Future. Experience in water, waste, or other technical fields is also meritorious.
